- Assist in drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research on corporate law, business licensing, and other relevant legal matters.
- Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate documents and filings.
- Help manage and organize legal documents and files.
- Provide support in handling legal inquiries and issues.
- Participate in legal meetings and discussions.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
- Strong interest in corporate law, business licensing, and contract law.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
